A crisp and flavorful Indian inspired British staple that is delicately spiced with coriander and cumin, and served golden brown

A wafer thin East Indian Bread made with lentil flour served with our home made chutneys. YUM!
Our Scotch Egg is made from our exclusive “Banger” Sausage meat wrapped around a hard boiled farm fresh egg, served on a bed of greens with homemade whisky mustard sauce. Enjoy This little delicacy was made out of necessity in the Middle Ages by Scottish farmers and shepherds as a means of taking food out to the fields without having to return home for lunch. The scotch egg has now become a favorite pub meal.

This delicious sausage dish is prepared with a captivating crunch and served with our whisky mustard sauce. During a trip to Scotland Gemma, our now 14 year old, fell in love with this traditional Scottish delicacy.

Asparagus Naan Bread Pizza (Seasonal) Delicious Baked Naan Bread topped with Garlic Oil, Parmesan Béchamel Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese all finished off with Fresh Green Onions, Summer Squash and Asparagus.
Beer Battered Asparagus (Seasonal) Lightly seasoned Asparagus spears dipped in our wonderful beer batter and delicately fried , served with sriracha ranch sauce.
Wild Leek and Brown Rice Soup Locally harvested wild leeks, brown rice, celery, carrots and onions combine to make this homemade soup a soup to be desired.
This recipe, one of Judy’s favorites, includes cubed steak and tomatillos all served in a nice spice — a slight divergence from the British Pub Grub, but a Leask household tradition.
Served with our homemade warm bacon dressing with mushrooms, onion and poached egg.

Fish and Chips
The Inn version of this English Tradition features flakey cuts of the finest fish, gift wrapped in a Yorkshire Beer Batter and served with our signature double boiled, fresh cut, Inn Fries.
This dish is as traditionally British and Irish as it comes. Our Shepherd’s Pie is a well seasoned casserole of tender lamb and hearty vegetables topped with herb infused mash potatoes and cheddar cheese. Tasty!

Irish Lamb Stew (special)
A taste of Ireland. Nothing optimizes Irish Pub Grub better than a good Lamb Stew. Wash it down with a pint of Guinness and you will believe you’re sitting in Dublin. Someone get their fiddle!

A northern English delight. Thinly sliced slow cooked Roast Beef served on top of a Yorkshire pudding, a fresh baked English bread soufflé, smothered in homemade onion gravy.
Chicken Tikka Masala
In India the word Tikka means pieces or bits. Chicken Tikka Masala is a delicious dish in which chicken, pre marinated in yoghurt and spices. is grilled and then added to a thick and creamy onion and tomato based sauce. At the inn we add a little coconut milk for a lovely sweet and smokey flavor. Chicken Tikka Masala is now England’s biggest selling dish, surpassing even Fish and Chips. It is Graeme’s favorite.
A Madras curry originates in the south of India and gets its name from the city of Madras, now known as Chennai. This curry is a blend of coriander, cumin, cilantro, ginger, cinnamon and garlic. We serve this slightly spicier sauce with tender shrimp and crisp bell peppers over a bed of basmati rice. Enjoy with a homemade chapatti.

Keeping up with our motto of “Pub Grub with a twist”, we know you will enjoy the Inn’s version of Mac & Cheese – four cheeses, prosciutto, pickled jalapenos and panko bread crumbs.
Burger Corner You can choose between 3 of the tastiest burgers around. All burgers are made with a 1/2lb patty of fine choice ground beef. House Burger Pickled Jalapeno Mayonnaise, Canadian Bacon, Aged Swiss, Greens and a fried egg. BBQ Burger Patty stuffed with Jalapeno, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon and topped with Canadian Bacon, Aged Swiss, Greens and our homemade BBQ sauce. Salmon Bridie (Special) This wonderful Scottish delicacy is a favorite when on special. A delicately seasoned salmon Fillet is wrapped in a flaky filo pastry and served with a cream dill sauce and seasonal vegetables.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Nothing says English dessert like sticky toffee pudding, a steamed dessert consisting of a very moist sponge cake, made with finely chopped dates, infused with a toffee sauce. May we suggest some homemade custard or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
